Organizers of the annual "Kite Komotion" kite festival in Shipshewana, Indiana have announced that next year's event will happen Saturday, April 30, 2016. The exactly location of the 2016 had not been confirmed at the time of this posting, so check back here as April 30 approaches, for the latest information.

A is our tradition, the Hoosier Kitefliers Society will provide fee dinner to all current members who attend the Ansel Toney memorial fun fly May 2, in Muncie.
Persons whose membership has expired must renew prior to the event to qualify for dinner.
All members must make reservations for dinner, so the club will know how much food to order from the caterer. To make reservations, contact membership chairman Dick Claycomb by April 18. You can reach him via telephone, email or postal mail using the information below.

Of course, the kite fly itself is open the the public. Anyone may participate, regardless of whether they are members of HKS. Only the post-fly dinner is limited to current members.
