High Sky Kite-Flying Workshop – Kokomo

Kite-building workshop and guided kite flying instructions, hosted by the City of Kokomo Parks and Recreation Department. Kites are free while supplies last, but you can also bring your own kite. The Hoosier Kitefliers Society is providing the kite kits but this is not a sponsored HKS event.
