Kokomo-Howard County Public Library “Let’s Fly a Kite!”

The Hoosier Kitefliers Socity will support a National Kite Month event hosted by the Kokomo-Howard County Public Library. The library will provide kites to decorate (while they last) and encouarges people to bring their own kites, as well.
